This is a mod i started some weeks ago, it spawns gangs that will attack you, there is a "wanted level", more wanted level = more spawns and more accuracy, also, bigger guns, armored cars, etc.

install the basics like scripthookv and nibshdotnet (links on readmes) and drag the script files into gta Scripts folder, this is probably described in readme

My Gangs Attack mod suddenly stopped working. I pull up the NIBMod menu, select Gang Attack, change False to True, but no gang members appear. So I go back to NINMod menu, select Gang Attack again, but then the menu just disappears. So I reinstalled the Gang Attack mod, but I'm still having the same problem. Should I reinstall the NIBMod?
mmm odd, try deleting the gangs attack .ini file in gangs attack files inside scripts folder

Where can I get this OIV or NIBMOD? I put the GangsAttack.zip file in the mod, but I don't see GangsAttack in the NIBMOD.
