-Added Spine rip-off (Hold R when a ped is stabbed)
-Added Shout sound and animation (keep holding R when "spine surgery" is in progress)
-Fixed some issues and made some improvements

why does he T-Pose?
If there is a way to increase the amount of bleeding, the picture is not bloody enough.
The nimbsmod menu doesnt work for me
