this doesn't depends only in the victim but also in the attacker, if attacker is causing too much damage or calling a "kill" method, victim will die easily. in suit .ini files there is AI variables (with AI in name) that customize few things like health, regen coefficient or amount, etc., so, explore suit .ini file
