So last week we started with the namesake of The Warning’s new album, “Everything’s Falling,” so now we are going to start from the beginning of the album with “Ritual.” I am liking the sound of the album so far and I am only one song in. I imagine it’s only gonna get even better from here!

🔹Black Sabbath - “War Pigs” Art Video & Live from 1970

Both my parents mentioned that Ozzy was part of Black Sabbath when I was a kid after seeing a few episodes of The Osbournes on TV. I thought the show was hilarious, but I didn’t understand why he and his family were so famous. My mom was really excited to tell me about the “biting a bat” at a concert and both of them then explained to me that not everyone could understand the real meaning behind Black Sabbath’s music. I have heard about a minute of “War Pigs” in the past but have never had the chance to fully listen to and digest it. I cannot wait to chew on this song!

🔹Jethro Tull - “Watching Me, Watching You”

I am always excited to dive into some Tull! I really NEED to do a cover sometime, but before I do that we’ll do some more reactions! I was informed that this album is from 1982 and explores more electronic sounds so I can look forward to some synth in this track. I love me some synth and I think I am going to like this switch up of what I know so far!

🔹BAND-MAID - “ENERGETIC” Behind the Scenes

I have wanted to check out this video for quite some time now. I love hearing their music, but there is always something about seeing them interact as a little band family that gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. “ENERGETIC” has a bunch of callbacks to other projects so I am curious if they are going to mention that at all, or talk about their outfits...the possibilities are endless!

You read that right. I rolled the same freakin’ ankle AGAIN on Tuesday. Right as soon as it was starting to feel strong, I rolled it just walking to my car from checking out some plants I could possible nurse back to health from Lowes. This time it was EXTREMELY painful. I was wearing a brace after the first time I tweaked it and then moved to some KT tape to stabilize it, but I guess I should’ve stayed in the brace longer to make sure this didn’t happen. Now I have some swelling and bruising. Hopefully this ankle is better by the time I have a wedding to look cute for! 😅
