Hi, hairstylist here! Never ever use Head and Shoulders. All it does is pack down dandruff. It doesn’t help get rid of it. That is why Ant says when he uses other shampoos his dandruff “comes back.” It was never gone to begin with, just masked. Conditioner should be used. Mid-length to ends for most hair. If you find your scalp is dry then use conditioner scalp to ends. It acts as a moisturizer for the scalp. If it’s too heavy and weighs the hair down then get a volume or thickening conditioner. Or alternate from mid-length to ends one day, then scalp to ends the next.

Y'all....Dr. Bronners soap has to be diluted A LOT to be used on the body. I use that ship to mop my floors and clean my toilet, sometimes add a bit into my laundry. I have and will NEVER use it on my body. It's so concentrated, I just don't think it is safe.
