Night Shift

Hey y’all just wanted to drop a post with an update on a project of mine that’s real on the side.

Night Shift as some folks may remember was something I brought up in 2019 on the Patreon as something I wanted to do when I had a bit clearer idea of the concept and how to approach it. The idea was to have a fun way to make some neat merch centered around cryptids and other paranormal things that I’m into.

Anyways, fast forward to bow and I’ve been taking a little break from my normal art output after the Patreon stuff was wrapped this month and have decided to dive into figuring out a few different designs and ideas. So below here are some things I’ve done.

Here is the main badge/logo as well as some alternative marks and icons. These will be used for different things and was just a fun exploration on the main design.

These were the first test mock ups just seeing the icon as sort of the always available, badge shirt.

Here I wanted to test a sort of glitch effect that was just solid and not reliant on halftones to push the effect. Just something to bring a bit of visual interest to the main badge.

This last one was to test a format for a “document” design collection that would feature different subjects and of course I had to use the Sasquatch/Bigfoot for this test.

anyways this has been a ton of fun just exploring and making fun stuff. I hope y’all like it and honestly I’d love to make these things real and available for anyone interested (and also myself lol)
