Goal reached!

Hey y'all, so we have achieved the new goal set for the patreon already! That is mental, y'all are amazing. So what now? Well let's take a look.

First order of business is going to be sorting out a date and time for the monthly exclusive stream and just how to do it. As it is meant to be patron exclusive I need to figure that out. After that the talk of a discord has only increased so I really am going to focus on that as well and get that up and running as soon as possible so folks can have a place to chat, share their art, get feedback should they want it and just generally have a spot that they can feel comfortable in.

But what now? New goals? New tiers? Honestly I'm not quite sure yet. I do know that I won't be rushing any decisions in regards to the patreon. I will continue to look at ways I can add value to your dollar since you've all chosen to support me and my work and I want to honor that as much as I can. Some ideas I've been kicking around though (and just keep in mind they may happen or they may not, this is just brainstorming haha)

 Exclusive print: This would be maybe for an occasion like Halloween or something where we decide a month and I make some art and really make a show of it. All patrons who are signed up during that month will get this exclusive print in addition to their normal monthly art card/sticker. This could be a limited screen print or some other type of deal. Maybe some cool holographic paper or something. I don't know but it would be neat.

 Secret club sticker/button: I've had this idea a while and wasn't sure how best to do it. But I think it could be a fun thing to come up with a cool logo/symbol design that would be a sort of "art club/secret society" type thing that patrons would get in the mail and new sign ups with their first months mail. I'm still unsure of the look but could be a fun thing to work out art wise with all of you.

Community challenges: This was brought up on stream when we were talking about the discord and I think it could be fun. We'd have a spot where maybe once a month or every couple months we pick something to all doodle or practice or something and folks can share their works. Either for fun or as a way of learning/growing by doing studies.

Character design community: This was something we used to do way back in the early days of the art stream but could be a fun thing to bring back. Basically we as a community design a character from start to finish via patreon polls or some other method of voting and then we make a (very)short story for them and I'll illustrate for it.

So those are some ideas for things that may or may not happen but please let me know if any one sounds interesting to you. As I have said many times before I want this patreon to not just be a thing I do but something that y'all feel like you can have a voice in and contribute to how it grows in these community aspects. That said we're almost to the end of January (wild) and that means it's time to start thinking about the next months art. I have some ideas so may put a poll up soon with those and we can see how we're feeling. I hope you're all doing alright, until next time.
