"A Light in the dark"

Alright folks so as mentioned previously I am going to attempt to accompany each months art print with a little lore/story/insight into the world of that character or what have you. This is the first time I'm doing this so it will probably be a little rough, my apologies. This will go out to all patrons and I may make the posts public as well, not sure. It's just a sort of bonus post to allow myself a small outlet for some storytelling, I hope you dig it.

Knight Light: Excerpt 001

"The world of The Wick is not a safe place. It is not comfortable or comforting. Shadows writhe and live all around you as the ever present darkness looms. Threatening to snuff out any glint of light that remains. It is in this dire time that you must rise. You must fight back against the fear. Fight back against the dark. Take up your sword and pierce the suffocating grip of dark with the blinding light of your flame. Little Knight, you know not how important you are. You are scared. You are alone. But in your isolation lay hope. The last remaining spark of salvation The Wick may ever know."
