Sick Notice
So, I鈥檓 currently very sick. I鈥檓 having gastrointestinal problems, I don鈥檛 know if it鈥檚 a flare up from an intestinal problem I already have, or if it鈥檚 a new infection or virus. Either way, I鈥檝e been sick with it for like 2 weeks now. I鈥檓 experiencing loss of appetite, nausea, stomach discomfort, and yellow diarrhea (sorry for being graphic). I鈥檝e gotten very little work done in the last 2 weeks because of this problem. Just thought you guys should know because this is directly affecting my ability to work. I鈥檓 going to the emergency room tomorrow to hopefully solve this problem, but I don鈥檛 know when I will get better.

Sounds like Gastritis (yellow diarrhea gave it away.) I have had all of your symptoms last year and it scared me thinking it was cancer, ended up having an endo and it was just mild gastritis which can have some very severe side effects on some folks, me included. I hope you get the help you need and feel better. Eat the BRAT diet (without bananas) and be light on your stomach till you get help, also don't stress as it exasperates intestinal issues. Sorry to online doc but when I needed help the most reading reassuring posts made me feel a lot better so I hope this helps you too.

Going to the hospital is definitely the right move. As embarrassing as it may be, something like that's very serious. Can even die from the severe dehydration and electrolyte imbalance, especially with prolonged cases. My wild guess would be CDI, which is a bacterial infection of the intestines - symptoms & color match. Typically sorted with antibiotics. Though they may wanna rehydrate you via IV too. Got something like that on vacation overseas once, long ago. Most sick I've ever been. Get well soon, my dude. That's no fun at all. Like a living hell I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
