Thursday - Update on Content
We are still awaiting the response from SAG-AFTRA. If we don’t hear anything by the end of this week we are planning a different schedule for the month of August and will have more information on that, likely next week.
Tomorrow will not have a movie release on Youtube. The IP Man Movie Reaction will be dropping down to the Uber Tier as it normally would as according to our research, it does not qualify as struck content. We will work to fill in the tiers above IP Man over the next couple of weeks. We hope to have a new movie available on Patreon as early as tomorrow, but as we usually have a turnaround time of a week or more for movie reactions, this one only has about 1.5 days.
We want to also thank our editors for helping us to try and turnaround edits and content to get it out as fast as we can for you.

You guys should watch Lazarus when that anime comes out, it’s made by the creators of Cowboy Bebop and John Wick, animation looks amazing in the trailer & though the trailer lacked much info about the show, the creators of it & the animation alone sold me
I hope you guys know Animation does not fall under SAG
It does, voice actors can still be SAG members. What you have to find out is if a shows animation falls under struck content produced by the AMPTP

I have to agree with some of the other comments. If they are going to ghost you and not give you a clear answer then at some point I think you need to just move forward and get back to the shows. You guys need to think about your jobs too and I can't imagine delaying/dropping so many popular shows will go over well with a lot of your supporters. I hope you get an answer soon, but if you don't I hope you choose to get back to providing us content. Thanks. EDIT: And just to clarify, I understand they have plans to record new content to replace struck shows. But when I say "get back to providing us content" I'm specifically speaking about the struck shows since a lot of those are ones the supporters voted for and paid to watch with Blind Wave.
They've offered refunds to those who reach out.

I’ve seen some other channels post reactions and it be fine I don’t exactly know all these terms but I like that blind wave is making sure that they doing it all right on There side can’t wait to see what the film reaction is tomorrow

Hopefully you will get a response but if they can't even be bothered to do that then how do they expect all of the support they are asking for? You'd think they'd be more appreciative of groups like Blind Wave doing whatever they can to support their efforts even though BW has no obligation and are certainly going to take a financial hit from this decision. The fact that SAG is asking all of these influencers to support their strike but then can't even be bothered to clarify what is and isn't support is not a good look imo. Obviously they could respond tomorrow and then all of this is moot but as of now I'm not impressed. As an aside since I've seen people say A24 content is allowed perhaps a reaction to the miniseries BEEF could be an option? Only 10 episodes so could be a decent gap filler that won't be a long term commitment should you be allowed to continue posting as normal in the near future. I know the crew would enjoy it.

Good on you guys for respecting the strike! However, it seems like SAG-AFTRA doesn't respect their supporters unless they're big names, or they wouldn't be ignoring your questions. Making you wait until Wednesday is one thing, totally understandable. Completely ghosting you after that just seems...dismissive. It's disappointing. I applaud your resolve to keep supporting them despite that, though.
They’re supporting them because it’s the right thing to do. And the orgs are currently inundated with requests and questions. If Blind Wave reversed course because their emails aren’t being answered fast enough during a strike where people are trying to figure out how they’re going to pay their rent and bills, then that’s not real support.
I really have my doubts SAG will ever respond.
A24 is the first studio to accept SAGAFTRA terms and have been given waivers to continue to produce content, so any of their films would probably make for good reactions
