Heal up! Went on vacations 2 weeks in Italy with 2 shots + 1st booster, didn't catch it. Took the plane, landed, tested positive a couple of days later. Migraines and flu like symptoms were annoying but nothing major. Hope you have nothing too harsh to deal with either.
You guys are humans, not robots; you are allowed sick days, vacation days, mental days, etc. You have been working your asses off since the beginning, you're always organized and on time with the reactions, and we know you take this seriously. I'm mostly a silent watcher, but I've been here for years, since your old YT channel and I've seen your hard work and growth. I'm sorry you all are affected by covid and I hope you all get better soon. Blind Wave has been a part of my weekly/daily life for a long time and I want it to stay that way! Take care of yourselves!

a new umbrella academy season
Being blunt here: in school and in work, when you come back you are expected to eventually make up the work you missed. While prioritizing health is commendable, I do expect several makeup videos. Im paying to watch your content. If you’re not producing content, you’re engaging in a deceptive business practice. Get well soon, but I do expect that once you guys all feel better that you will need to hit the ground running to make up for lost time. Otherwise you’re practically receiving unearned wages, which at the very least is ethically suspect. This is a business. We’re your stakeholders. You eventually have to put on your big boy pants and fulfill your financial obligations. Edit: Lol. To anyone saying “you can just leave” no I can’t. They literally require payment upfront every month. On the 1st, I paid $15 with the expectation that I received the content I paid for. Canceling my sub does nothing…I still paid for the month. If they want to refund me then that’s great! I’ll be on my way out no problem. To those saying I’m entitled…yes. As a consumer that pays up front, I’m entitled to services that were promised. It’s completely reasonable to voice dissatisfaction with a service that requires an upfront purchase and fails to meet previously agreed upon expectations.

Long-time patron here, like you said in the video: it's completely fine. Wild that you've gone this long without an unexpected scheduling break, but most patreons I subscribe to have occasional unexpected breaks from sickness, family emergency etc. No big deal! Take all the time you need to get better!

As wonderful as that would be, they're already going to be incredibly busy catching up on everything. So let's not put too much pressure on them to do that, it's not exactly the kindest response to everything going on.

Yea COVID’s a weird one my family and work have started getting hit with it again. Most of them have a lot of symptoms and are or have struggled but some me included had very little to no problems or symptoms. Personally I started if feeling foggy and lightheaded and had a high fever for about 2 days then I was just exhausted for about a week. It’s important to be cautious about it seeing how difficult it is to track it and tell how it effects who.
I personally avoided a lot of the more severe symptoms, but surprisingly sleeping for 2 weeks isn't all it's cracked up to be. Glad to be past it. - Eric.
