Love how these guys know the source material so well, especially KK3. They can understand Daniel's strong aversion to anything CK related. I think a lot of CK fans have either forgotten about KK3 or maybe haven't seen it, because they seem to think Daniel just wants to "interfere" with Johnny because Johnny bullied him in high school. But Daniel said it himself to Johnny in ep1: "I know that wasn't you. That was Cobra Kai." Cobra Kai unbalances him. Also great reaction to the Miyagi scene (did I see Eric wiping his eyes?) and to the closing scene; chills every time!
Obligatory ‘COBRA KAI NEVER DIES’ post.
POLL OF THE WEEK: Do you pee in the shower? [Yes 100%] [No 0%]
The Miyagi scenes and the old movie music gave me the chills.
Thomas Ian Griffith is much better actor than Seagal. Damn, I love Terry Silver.
Terry Silver is pure gold!
I love that Daniel has Amanda to point out when he goes too far. Doubling the rent on everyone in that shopping center just to spite your high school karate rival is a pretty shitty thing to do.
Vandalizing a billboard because the owner has a better life than you is a pretty shitty thing to do.
It's funny how everyone just excuses Johnny committing vandalism.
I love that scene at Mr Miyagi’s grave so much. Daniels problem has never been that he is a trouble maker, he never strikes first but he strikes back and he tends to go scorched earth when he does. PS Let’s hear it for Amanda LaRusso, the only adult on this show.
Yeah, the wife is awesome.
Yes, been waiting for this one!
Truth. The show finally starts!
