i wonder if people realize overhyping things puts some people off of watching it. ima start trearting pateron like a porn site nd not read the comment anymore
wdym pornhub comments are the best
I didn't voted for this and wasn't looking forward to this reaction. Man it's really been a while. Haven't watch this anime since Middle School and once again in High School. But god after listening to that Opening again, i'm more hype to see this reaction and go watch it again for the 3rd time. Now that I think back on it, this was probably one of the first anime I cried about, not gonna say whether I cried because of happiness or sadness, but i'm sure most who seen it would know.
We know 😔.
Oh hell ya
This anime is so overhyped, at least the first half. Meh.
Make sure that you do a reaction for the moive.
FUCK YES!
hype train has launched! destination is through the heavens!
hmmmm a mecha anime. interesting. sadly not samurai champloo or fire force but blind wave always makes things good, hopefully this will be fun
Oh man this is gonna be one hell of a ride, hold on folks :P
HERE WE GOOOOOOOOOOO
im becoming a patreon just for this !!!!
I mean it's no kill la kill, but it aint half bad. Relatively happy, come on it's bw, they make everything better :D
Gurren is soooooooooo much better than kill la kill.... I like kill la kill its better than average but to me is just way too much hentai-ish
YES YES YES YES YES :D
I couldn’t watch anymore after a certain episode but maybe BW will change my attitude. Anyway I’m happy for those who been waiting years for this.
If you mean episode 8 then boy have you missed out.
I'm surprised this got voted in. Yes! I guess I'm not the only one who thinks this anime is underrated.
When will we ever get berserk :(
Damn, didn'T see it won! Quite happy!
ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWAH YOU BOJOS!
fucking beat me there :D
Finally this won a poll!!!!!!!
AWW no samurai didnt make it.
Samurai Champloo :'(
Seems like am switching to full length.... am a sucker for a unique style. Love me some kamina 😍
Aaaah!
Why Do you people dont like when others express the dislike of what is picked for reacting, is their opinion why should they not express it ? When ppl like the picked show they go all over and say " Yay the show is awesome " let the other ppl the dont like it have the same oportunity! People that dont like some shows exist too. Jeez PS: and btw I dont like MEch anime either!
there is no problem with not liking a show and commenting that. The problem is when you comment that the show is "trash", "terrible", "another show should have been picked", or continue to comment under every episode those same comments. If you said it the first episode or two, sure. But if you keep coming to the series (week after week) then you are not expressing disliking something, you are trying to generate hate for something others like and or trying to troll people into responding because you know people are enjoying it. If you don't like something, say it, then stay away from it.
yay
YES! This is going to be such an awesome ride!
"Don't believe in yourself. Believe in me. Believe in the Kamina who believes in you." One of the best lines ever.
YEEESSSS!!! I'VE WAITED FOR SO LONG 😭😭
F*** YES!!!!!
THE DREAM! It's happening!
I can't watch it. The site is not working for some reason.
Nice! I had a feeling Parasyte was being over-hyped in the poll comments. The Silent Majority is real.
Finally! Now everyone in the polls can shut up! Haha.
For those complaining, calling the show terrible, etc. Your show didn't get picked, move on. They will get to all the shows we want them to see eventually. Find something better to do than to write useless comments. People have different tastes, either this is for you or its not.
Exactly!!! you're speaking the truth .
Why did this shit show win in any way -.-
Its not my thing either but its undoubtedly one of the classics
Anyone else having issues with their website? It's not letting me unlock any videos with Patreon, and is giving me a timeout error. Tried multiple web browsers and from my phone. Guess I could try from phone but not on wifi and see if it's an issue with my network edit: no luck there either
I'm getting the same issue! I thought it was a Patreon error. :C
I can't access the reaction from the site, (I think Patreon is acting up, I keep getting an error that says "Sorry. Login aborted due to an API error. - Patreon returned: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received" ), but I'm excited that you're reacting to this! It seems like the sort of thing you'd enjoy! (:
Yea I'm getting the same issue. Tried on my phone, PS4, laptop on Firefox and Chrome and getting the same thing.
Let’s gooooooo! Kamina is the best
This "pilot" did absolutely nothing for me the first time I tried to get into this show. The feeling is the same rewatching it now. Maybe blind wave will finally give me a reason to continue. We'll see.
it's an amazing show but it takes a couple of episodes to really get going
Saw the 1st episode a long time ago but never finished the series. I'm looking forward to sharing the experience with you guys.
Dammit anime stans. Haven’t you had enough of them reacting to them yet? Why not vote for something different like Gravity Falls? This is why we can’t have nice things!
Because people will not agree with you? Clearly you don't understand voting. Hey, I voted for different shit but obviously the majority deserves the pick
Question how many people here have never seen Gurren Lagann and what did you think of the first episode?
The show's premise didn't really intrigue me, but I love the director's other shows so I'm willing to watch with Blindwave. I did watch the ending with Heatah & hustla reactions it was lit.
OMG I actully jumped off my chair!!! I am so happy you guys are watching one of my fav anime <3 Big thank you to yall who voted this :) and of cos to the crew too~
HOLY SHIT THEY WATCHING IT 🤣
Fun fact I used to watch this on the Syfy channel's anime mondays and saturdays when it ran in America in the middle of the 2000's. I Remember only missing one episode episode 17. Every other episode I would sneak into living room around 11pm to watch it behind my parents back. Ah memories
Wow, I remember watching this show at the local anime con in 2008! Crazy how times just fly by like that. : )
ITS TIME! I can't believe Gurren Lagann actually won! It's my favorite anime of all time. They are in for an amazing ride.
This show is a roller coaster hype beast just enjoy the ride
We have such a great line up of anime. Fate Tuesdays. Gurren fridays and hxh sat. Hasn't been this good in a while
This is the reaction that will pierce the heavens!
Let's pierce the sky!!!
ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWAH
I still don't believe it xD maybe I need to start believing more in the me that believes in the others
I'm gonna watch this in the bathroom at work. So hype!
do we know what source they are using to watch this? Because pretty much every streaming service censors episode 6, and turns half of it into a recap episode.
They're being provided with the Blue-Ray footage by the editor...who has already been informed about episode 6
YESS
Holy **** S******* Let's gooooooooooooooooo. It's finally time
It's happening! IT'S HAPPENING!! THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!! Finally after all these years! My only regret is that Shane isn't here to see it with us, he would love this show. But I'm so happy that the Blind Wave crew finally gets to see this amazing show, one of my favourite of all time! This is going to be a great ride!
Actually it is a drill lol
Holy crap, I can't believe it won this is amazing.
So excited!!!
I was not expecting a Gurren Laggan win, but I'm down for it
The won I voted for won! I hope you guys enjoy this show. It’s a doozy

Yeah I was hoping it would win too, hopefully next time.
