Neil Gaiman, co-writer of the book and showrunner, voiced the cartoon characters in the movie theater. He also played the passed out drunk in that scene.
I'm kinda on Rick's side in terms of only really liking Crowley and Aziraphale's story
I agree but I don't dislike the other bits, just not as good.

The 'famous British guy' (the short chap) isn't particularly famous, but Calvin was right to think he recognised him. He played the Sontaran Strax in several Dr Who episodes!
As well as other Sontarans and an elf in the Last Christmas special.
