Love this reaction for Zen-itsu! Don't be bothered by sub vs dub thing. If you do understand Japanese then I definitely recommend to watch with Japanese sub, Though. Many clues ; Tanjiro/Nezuko's family name means Hearth, Tanjiro has 2 letters stand for Charcoal and Heal/Relieve in his name, Nezuko's name shows that she's capable of giving spirits a physical space to occupy etc are there from the very first episode but you can catch them only by reading Japanese sub with Kanjis.
Whether you find it more or less annoying, you have to agree that this dub truly captures what the sub was going for...

The Zenitsu hate is going to be annoying :/ out of the entire series (meaning manga too) he arguably has the best character development.

Really? I found him so unbearably obnoxious in the sub and here he's just regular levels of obnoxious. I'm someone who usually prefers subs too.
