You like irredeemable characters, such as Joker, Palpatine and Freezer. You have literally no reason to hate Azula because "she's irredeemable". And even then it doesn't make sense because she's a 14 yesr old girl raised as a weapon. Her mother may have loved her but definitely prefered Zuko and in Azula's mind her mother was criticizing her for literally doing what her father taught her. She even apologized to Tai Lee for making her cry so she definitely cared about her friends and wasn't just born evil. "So... fuck her". No, fuck your garbage arguments.
Eric and Aaron, the showrunners created online supplemental reading material after each episode called the "Peteypedia." (hbo.com/peteypedia) A new file was published after each episode which answers some background questions, such as the whereabouts of Nite Owl and why Laurie first joined the FBI (they're kind of the equivalent of the Hollis Mason book excerpts in the original comic). You guys can read the first 4 files without any spoilers.

It’s so fun to see them trying to figure it out, I started worst off because I didn’t know anything about watchmen when I started the show. I was just watching because of Regina King. Had to stop mid way in episode 3 to do some quick ass research
