They must have been really pressed for time and had to just use that guy to fill in for Jar Jar. I mean I used to work with a guy who could do a pretty spot on Jar Jar impression who could've done a lot better.

Really? I noticed his voice was weird right away I didnt even know it was Jar Jar until they said so then I was like what the hell happened to his voice lol

I had never noticed that Jar Jar has a different VA in this episode until Eric pointed it out. Now I can't not hear it, and I'm not sure how I feel about that.
