The original series ran for two seasons. Recently they made a movie trilogy that recaps the series with a few major changes to the plot, but the story structure is essentially the same. Then there's a new movie coming out next year that takes place two years after the recap films.

This was definitely a show made for binging before binging was really a thing.

Third of a great trio of episode. This one really make you feel unconfortable it how Euphy finished and that's great to get the weight of that moment.

there's 2 seasons, a movie in between called akito the exiled made up of OVA's that tell a story from the perspective of the European Union. A couple of audio dramas that give more insight into a few characters. And the recap movies which alter a few things from the series. And there's a new movie coming out that goes along with the recap movies.

Well they heard and wrote down the name but missed who it was referencing. To be fair most of us did the first time watching, they don’t make it properly clear to anyone not taking a ton of notes

I was under the impression that Emperor Charles was declaring sweet, mild-mannered Euphie to be worthy of her title after committing mass homicide. To my knowledge, Charles has no idea what Lelouch is up to and assumed, like most that both Lelouch and Nunnally died in the occupation of Japan.

Episode 1: "The Ragnarok Connection has happened once again?" (or something like that) as soon as Lelouch gets his Geass

japan has a problem with eartquakes. Britannia built structure panels over the old city to prevent them. not sure it would work in real life but it does in the show.

Hmm theoretically if the platforms were designed to flex and to dissipate the sudden forces it would be much safer. The simple shaking earthquakes usually just do minor damage and buildings now built correctly just kinda shake them off. It's the rolling sudden up then down shearing force some that do the big damage. Think shaking a cup of water side to side vs suddenly rising then dropping it. We dont really see how they work in the show other then that they are numerous interconnected sections that dont take purging well
