Totally missed that, It would have nice to have some of those centuries be from 12th. I enjoy the idea that we don't see everything the doctor does of his time.

It's nice to see reactions to the most recent episodes. We know 24 years with River on Darillium, 50 years teaching at the university. Probably a couple of centuries on when 11th stayed on his last planet. The doctor can travel by himself so he makes the difference from off-screen traveling.
He's so old he can't remember how old he is.
