Attack on Titan 1x5 Reaction Early Access!

Can you guys please start posting the direct link to Vimeo here itself? It's a hassle to always go log into the site, then connect Pateron and THEN get to the video.

Nice FMA reference! Eren lost his left leg and his right arm and got eaten like when Gluttony eat him.

The thing is that Eren was a tipical Shonen protagonist, but in a "non-Shonen" world. That's what makes it so interesting. You espect him to be the Underdog like Naruto and Deku, but the AoT world is unforgiving.

DON'T READ ANY OF THESE COMMENTS!! What the hell, fellow patrons?

If this series is a war movie this episode was the "D-Day" moment.

I saw the first 24 episode and I forgot this part happened and how shocking it was. The Blond guy had to need theropy over lots of things the first season. He isnt really a fighter per say his usefulness his his intelligence.

love this episode so much the shock factor is 10,000%

Awesome Reaction.

It's actually really hard to watch the reactions in a way, because I'm so impatient for them to get truly into the thick of things. This show gets so fucking good, and I can't wait to see their reactions as it keeps getting better and more intense.

Guys, loved your reaction to this episode...especially Rick losing his pen. AOT is just the fucking best.

RIP Eren. By the way I hope you guys avoid spoilers at all means or at least try to refrain yourselves from googling for spoilers. The rewards will be sweet I promise you.

When I first saw this episode because it seemed to be a dark series and wasn’t as optimistic as some other anime I watched I felt like Eren’s death was real and that he was just a red herring with either Armin or Mikasa being the true main character. Shane mention Eren dying just randomly is pretty much why I thought he was dead. Eren was the character who advocated they fight the Titans and just assumed they would win or things were different when we had character like Jean who pointed out that naive and was felt more like the author surrogate or stand in trying to tell us the series wasn’t going to go done nearly as easily as new recruits come in and change everything. I felt Eren’s death would serve the same purpose as say Ned Stark’s did in telling us the story wasn’t going to go the way expected it and to be prepared for some subverted tropes every now and again. Eren to me just seemed so red herring at the end of the episode that I wrote him off as dead. We saw a lot of him, but it could have easily been a trick to highlight Eren when we were following either Mikasa and Armin as well through Eren, which felt a writer would do to divert our attention from either of them to make the Eren death have a huge impact without us seeing it coming a mile a way and still do a good job of setting up a main character in either Mikasa or Armin who each have as much reason to want to defeat the Titans and have more going on for them. Episode 4 revealed Eren was not too remarkable except for determination, while Mikasa was praised has being the ace to everything they did (typical main character trait) and Armin was praised for his intelligence (another main character trait and in a series where it seemed like brute force wouldn’t help a useful one to defeating the Titans). That was my thought process after episode 5.

LOL hahahahahaha maaannn this show is fucked up. Your shocked faces made me laugh so damn hard omg. Totally worth it

Nope

Gotta remember guys, this is anime. Anime has been killing off main characters for years, especially in the bleak ones like this. Also, assuming he was still alive, he couldn't cut himself out, he dropped one sword when he lost his leg, and the other one was still in the Titans teeth.

Who else didn't care that any of these characters died?

This is just the Tip

so yea, welcome to anime's game of thrones hahahaha

rick reaction was awesome it scared the crap out of him i loved it cant wait for the next episode

Rick: There's a high concentration of German names Aaron: You can't say that, with German Me: I'm dead 😂😂😂😂😂

I keep connecting to Patreon on the website but it keeps just saying connect your patreon to watch, does anyone know what’s up?

I AM JUST CACKLING SO HARD. THEIR FACES. I AM A TERRIBLE PERSON.

The looks on there faces lol.

#titantrio

I was also in denial of Erens death.

They actually do use their legs for the 3DMG and weight distribution... or something like that. There are schematics around that show exactly how this works.

Fresh from Blindwave.net . 😂😂😂😂😂 the reactions never fail with this one. Kudos to the editor as well.

EEEEK oh my god I was waiting for this reaction so badly ^^

"fffffack!"

Can only imagine what Eric's reaction would've been!!

Long have we waited
