Shane makes a really good point about the notes. They brought in extra notepads, which were blank, and then swapped out the notepads they used in the room. They should have just used the notepads they brought, they were from the same hotel anyway. It would have been less dangerous than swapping the notepads. I never thought about that, nice catch Shane!
Yeah, that have always bothered me. The only explanation I´ve come up with is, that they are checked, before they go to the room, but they are not being watched after. So they swap it out with notebooks from some other rooms after the meating.
