Dolores probably took the cores out and is planning on feeding them to the humans who think they're just regular cupcakes. Then those hosts can pull a DeVoe and take over the human body and voilà she can take over the world and make humans the new hosts. Boom.

They have bombs in their bodies to be unable to escape. A part of them put their core in bodies without bombs. The virgin hosts are copies of their original bodies mixed with the ones that didn't escape.

Take host core, put it in new body, dispose of old bodies, flood area with old bodies. You now have 1/3 the host population that could be disguised as humans, QA, and most likely Teddy's core was put inside of a Bernard body. Thus "I killed them" when showing us his body. Then "Bernard" looking at Teddy's body through the glass. Just like when the employee showed him on the future ipad.

Maybe their lack of programming is because they're now sentient and self-aware, making their own choices? A blank slate. No storylines or loops to follow anymore.

I assumed those where the ones that Ford had "wiped" and put into the basement, the ones who are now following Dolores, like Clementine. Bernard said only some core programming remained in her right? Though if they are completely new, then its probably something else.

Did it have something to do with what Delores did to Teddy?

Maybe Delores and crew will get the ability to print new hosts?

I bet the Blank hosts and all them in the water are a distraction. The Smoke, to drive away the flies, aka, the Delos agents. So what are they really after?
