I think she could be a great grandaughter of Sara. If not that then a distant relative from someone we know, Why else would it matter if she knew about Ava if she wasn't somehow related to Sara? I mean maybe if she killed ava's family during her time in the league of assasin's. I just think it'd be more interesting if She is a Distant relative because Rip onlu recruits people who don't matter to the timeline. Sara doesn't matter to the timeline compared to someone like Oliver queen so that's my theory I don't think it's true but yeah.

Maybe a relative to someone we know, not too sure. Or some fucked up shit like it’s Sara’s long lost sister that she kissed which turns this into some Game of Thrones shit

I think that Ava was brainwashed in the past and has a trigger phrase like the Winter Soldier. Also, Eric I’m a black man and I noticed the interaction of Wally and the preacher in the south in 1954. If only it was really like that lol

I think that she is an anachronism that rip doesn't want to get rid of. But Sara would sacrifice her to get the job done.

I think when Rip started the time bureau he was looking for somebody with similar qualities to Sarah to be his right-hand. I believe he pulled Ava from the timeline with the intention of taking her back at some point. There is the possibility she is related to someone we know but i have no idea who. I don't think she is related to Sarah because that is a weird route for the show to take. But ya never know.

Being a relative to someone is the only option I could see Rip being concerned over.

I either think Rip knows how she’s gonna die in the future OR Sara killed one of Ava’s relative when she was a member of the League of Assassins. How crazy would it be if it were a crazy combination of both?

I feel like maybe she's been manufactured, not a robot necessarily, but manufactured none-the-less to be some kind of secret weapon against Mollus.

I would like that she is a relative of rip hunter, but maybe she is android created by rip to be his right hand. If she is a female clone of rip, then Sara cannot catch any break in relationships.

JUST LET SARA BE HAPPY WRITERS, PLEASE, but honestly I think she's fated to die. I could see Rip getting like a background check on all of his employees at the bureau so he can know everything about them like when (and how) they'll die, stuff like that. But goddammit I hope I'm wrong. Sara deserves *some* nice things to happen to her

i think the whole "secret" thing is a fakeout. Remember back at the start of the season when she hated the legends? She was probably just the person who was behind shutting down the Legends, or something

There's too many options I just want Sarah to be happy and she's not related to the plot why can't that be an option

I think she is an anacranism. At the end Sara will have to let her go to fix the problem and put Mallus away.

I think Rip found her or created her in the hopes that she'd beat Mallus or contain him and have to die in the attempt to do so
