You know, something I never really understood about this episode, why on Westeros did the betrayers keep Ghost alive that whole time? Or how did they even catch him for that matter!!

It has been while since i saw this ep, but wasn´ t he locked up by Sam before they rebeled? I doubt Craster would have alowed for him to be free around his wifes.
