27:30 - Really don't see how the senator is a hypocrite. Gun control is about stopping the mentally ill, those with criminal histories or those on the terrorist-watch-list from just buying semi-automatics without any kind of checks. That's perfectly consistent with thinking it's ok for trained, regulated security guards to have guns.

To be honest I misses it too until I saw your reaction then i noticed her pick up the gun.

To be fair I completely missed it too. It is such a quick moment, you can't really blame them. It didn't bother me as much, because I kind of figured that Karen just grabbed a gun in the chaos. I mean, all the guards had them.

How did you guys miss that?

I think that this is my favorite episode of the Punisher, just because of the storytelling format. It was beautifully done from start to finish, and sometimes I had difficulty telling where transitions took place, but each moment added something important to the plot.

Bird reference was to show that he is not able to rejoin the society even if the doors are open. Being a veteran has changed him irreversibly. He is hoping the birds might give him hope by flying away. IMO.

She did pick up a gun, guys. Just go back and watch it again!
