He put in the augmentations after he got this new body because you can see them in the background of his workshop when he is drunk last episode

If you like the "die and instant revive" type thing you definitely should read the manga Ajin, the story is based on this ability and uses it in so many smart ways it's actually incredible.

He didn't have the brain switcher at the Citadel so he'd need to have stayed in the General guys body unless there was another brain swap machine at the citadel

Did they put it as 3x9 because rick just reacted to the red wedding episode ?
