This episode is my least favourite of new Doctor Who, but that post-episode conversation was hilarious. Good stuff, guys.

The reaction I'm both dreading and looking forward to, this ranks as my least favorite episode of all of Doctor Who, classic and New. The guys reaction is the only thing that would make me watch this one

There's almost always one episode per season that the creators call "Doctor-Lite." They can be some of the best and some of the worst. The next season's doctor-lite episode is one of the best.
Oh No… THIS EPISODE! I say with the utmost revulsion.
I couldn't stop laughing at their reaction to the end of the ep. Its legit the worst moment in Who and their faces were immense!
I just hope it doesn't put them off from continuing to watch it.
Could be worse, you could be watching Fear Her. At least you don't have to do that for another week. Silver linings.

Yeah this is, it's, well...it's but a weird one.
The Abzorbaloff was the winning entry of a competition on Blue Peter (for kids to design their own Doctor Who monster, the winning one being featured in an episode), I believe he intended it to be as big as a double-decker bus too, but the overall concept was his. It is possible I have misremembered though.
No thats correct. David Tennant selected the winner live on air but I'm guessing they'd have already chosen to see which would be the easiest to get a concept from... poor kid.
Let me be the first to offer my condolences that you had to watch this episode. I'm so, so sorry. Life goes on. In time the pain will fade.
Could be worse. They could be watching TWORS or KTM. At least the writer of this one was just being ridiculous, rather than outright insulting to the fans' intelligence. (Trying to use acronyms to be less spoilery.)
