February Asset Teaser

Keeping with the NYC theme, this little building is the next in line for February's release. I suppose these aren't necessarily limited only to NYC as I have seen them in other parts of the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic like Philly and Boston.

I'm planning to release a couple variants like I did with the last asset. One as is, one without awnings, and maybe one with proper $1 Slice ads (rip dollar slices 🥺).

If you have any suggestions, now's the time to voice them!
