May 2023 Asset Preview

Well it kind of worked out that the same night I discovered the buildings I was planning to use were wildly out of scale, Chance happened to be working on an old building I was planning to port in nearly 3 years ago.

For whatever reason, this particular building gave us more issues porting in than anything else. Chance, Steve Lerro and I were all unable to make it work in game. My plan was to use this on the Hudson and Western where the current hotel now stands. This was my first choice given its design but since it wouldn't port without issues we ended up with what's there now. 

I'm going to try to add some window detail so the windows aren't jet black. Ideally I'd like to add some curtains or something to the upper floors. We'll see what I can come up with. If time allows I'll find a few other assets to port in along with this one.
