Upcoming Asset Packs

Hey guys. I'd like to get your opinion here. As I'm porting in some of these buildings it occurred to me that some of the signage and small details make these buildings a bit more modern.

I already plan to blank the store front signs as seen above (learned my lesson from the previous storefront pack) but I took notice of the window mounted air conditioners and realized I can remove them.

What do you guys think? Should I go ahead and remove the AC units from all of these or just leave em. I'm only going to be able to release a few of these each month anyway so I could take a little extra time to remove those details. 

Same goes for the store front signage all together. I can remove the actual signs as well as the awnings fairly easily. Figured the signs are fine to leave (as blanks) and you guys can skin whatever store names on them you want. But you tell me.

The one thing I won't do is multiple variations on the same building. I.E. One with everything, one with the AC's, one with no AC's, one with store front signage, one without. That's not going to happen lol.
