Man, where has this year gone?! I can't believe fall is right around the corner. Now that things are beginning to settle down in my personal life, I can get back to what's actually important; Model Railroading!
What's New?
Despite the absolute chaos I've been living in throughout this never ending move, I've still been daydreaming about what projects I want to get started on next and I think I've finally settled on something.
I'm not going to disclose the details just yet, but I do believe I've landed on what my next route project(s) will be. I have a problem with being more ambitious than I really have the time for and I'm afraid this is no different 🙃 In any case, I'm hoping to get started on this next route build within the next few weeks and I don't think you guys will be disappointed once you find out what it is.
That said, I still need to finish the P&B sessions I've been thinking about all summer. Well, in fact I really need to get started on them lol. But I have been working hard on some new P&B skins that'll be included with the sessions. Hopefully I can get those done pretty soon and get started on those sessions. My goal is to have the session pack with the new engines out by the end of the year but this will largely depend on my patience (or lack there of) to actually complete the reskins and sessions (two of my least favorite activities).
A lot of you guys have been asking about my older routes and since I'm not involved in a big route project I figured now was a good time to touch them up a little. So I'm happy to report I just finished Union Terminal and it can now be downloaded from my website. Included in the download is an updated version of the route for Trainz 2022 as well as the original, unmodified TANE version. Next, I'll get the Dayton & Troy uploaded followed by some of my other, older and smaller routes.
N Scale modeling projects should be picking up again as I get more settled into the new house and the winter modeling season arrives. I've got some pretty cool plans to expand the layout to include a few more yard tracks, a staging area and the NYCH engine shed. Since I already have the shed modeled in Blender, I'm hoping it'll be easy to break it up into a laser cut kit I can assemble. We'll have to see how that all pans out since I still have a lot of work to do to finish setting up the space first.

Things should be looking a bit more normal this month. We'll do the monthly livestream on the 17th and I'll have some of those new P&B loco's available later this month for Project Managers to check out. I'm going to try to get at least one exclusive N Scale video up for Patrons and Channel Members. Weekly Wednesday hangouts continue as usual.
