So what else is new in AM-land?
Now that the P&B is out, I'm taking some much needed time off starting with spending next week in the Adirondack mountains away from literally everything XD. I'll be continuing to do what I need to do for Patrons (hangouts, livestreams and assets) throughout the month, but regular builds and videos won't be back until the fall.
I have been working on cookin up some N Scale videos so you may begin to see those sooner than another Trainz build. Working on N Scale models has been a nice reprieve from being on the computer 24/7.
The NY Cross Harbor is the next project on the docket and my goal is to have that ready to release before the end of the year as well. I've been chipping away at it during Patron hangouts but I think once I can dedicate a good chunk of time towards it, I'll have it completed rather quickly.
Dave Snow's storefront blocks have been indispensable for us builders for a while, but I think it's high time for some new city block storefronts and I've got just the pack to get that started. I purchased a pretty serious city block pack and will be spending the next few months dissecting these buildings into separate useful sections. The first will be included in this months release.
For those of you wondering what's next for the P&B, v3.0 is already in the works! That's right. The next update for the P&B will be the "HD" update, upgrading all the textures to PBR and terrain to HDT. Other areas of the map are also slated for a full overhaul as well. There's no timeline for this at the moment but I would like to include some of the upgrade process into the P&B Youtube series. Again, those videos probably won't begin showing up till the fall/winter but of course Executive tier Patrons will be the first to gain access to the updated route once it's in a releasable state.
