A song for Suspira
To coincide with the release of the SUSPIRA demo, we’ve got a real treat for you!
I commissioned one of my favourite singer-songwriters to write a song for the game, and it PERFECTLY captures the haunting atmosphere of the canals and sprawl of our fictional Dammeren, as well as Suspira’s seductive menace (the songwriter is also Dutch in real life, which I think really helps the authenticity!)
This is actually the second song I commissioned from her, but since she’s building a family-friendly community on Patreon and YouTube, I was completely up-front about the extremely NSFW nature of this game. As a result, she was very happy to write and record the song, but specifically asked for her name to be left off the credits. Which I think is entirely fair.
Her commissions are open, so if anyone would like her to write a song about your D&D character or similar, then ping me on Discord and I’ll pass your details along. She has the most AMAZING catalogue of songs about Baldurs Gate 3, Life Is Strange, Dragon Age etc.
Trude has very kindly agreed to host the song on her YouTube channel for everyone to enjoy (because I don't have one!).

Dev is your game 2D, 3D, Or realistic skin texture i am confused by your various post pictures?
Suspira is a 2D visual novel with semi-realistic painterly artwork. Some scenes are animated, which may give them a more three-dimensional look, but the game itself is not 3D. Some of the artwork shown in both earlier and more recent posts is still a work in progress, so you may notice slight variations in visual style between images.
