ANNOUNCEMENT - Important Batch System Changes on November
There's a TLDR; at the end, but if you have some time, I recommend you to read this especially if you've been using my Batch Trading system or are a patron who has supported me for a long time!
Hello guys.
So Patreon is force-changing all creators into Subscription Billing system, taking effect at the beginning of November 2026, which affects my Patreon system quite a lot, mainly the Batch Trading system we have been using over the years.
If you have not caught up, this is basically what it does:
New patrons after the Subscription Billing takes place will be paying upfront upon entry, and charged monthly at the date they start pledging.
Old patrons will still be auto-charged monthly at the beginning of each month (until you cancel your pledge and re-sub after the Subscription Billing)
Which seems fine except the big changes for the creators is that we can no longer track old pledge records on-site. All of that will be wiped from the back-end and I can't search pledges by month anymore. All I will have is the general "All patrons" page which means the following:
I can no longer send finished rewards to old patrons subbing for specific months via message.
All the "Completion" marks I made will be lost. This is what I use to track stock pledge delivery status in my Batch Trading system.
Which is going to make my life infinitely harder T-T but I will be alright, I hope... Which also means a lot of my system has to be changed.
After brainstorming with myself like a mad man over the course of the last two weeks, I have met with many walls and frustration, but I have settled on a conclusion;
Before the change takes place, I will download all pledge record sorted by months from the back-end system and record every patron's stock pledge amount and completion marks on my computer. This will be tremendous amount of work, but it has to be done so you guys still have stock pledge records on my end and will be able to still use them for the Batch Trading!
Batch Trading system WILL STAY, or at least I hope so, unless Patreon is changing new things behind my back that I don't know.
Since I can't send message to patrons sorted by the month they pledged anymore November onwards, all existing old pledges will become stock pledges and veteran patrons will have to message me for future content Batch Trading (If you're a recent patron, this will not affect you)
New Tier 2 or higher patrons paying upfront will gain 1 stock pledge for Batch Trading right away, then 1 stock pledge per charging cycle.
There will be at least 1 art piece per Batch that I post on here with downloadable NSFW version and HD files (+PSD files if you're a $15 tier patron) so that new patrons who pay upfront immediately get something in return.
That's the plan!
Keep in mind, there is a non-zero chance that the new back-end system does not have the pledge tracking function and the Batch Trading may have to just discontinue. That would be the most unfortunate scenario, but I will try my best to see what I could do if that's the case. Some of you long term supporting patrons have so many stock pledges that I will not let go to waste.
Also this is a plan for the future, but I'm interested in setting up a Discord server which will be public but some channels will be patrons-only. There will be a new Patreon tier 1.5 that comes between Tier 1 and Tier 2 that the patrons of this tier and above gain access to the exclusive channels. Would you guys be interested in joining?

Old patrons get auto-charged at the beginning of the month (the same). There will be no longer reward delivery via message for old patrons since I will lose the ability to sort pledges by month. All pledges become stock pledges for Batch Trading system which stays the same. There will be at least 1 art per future batch that has NSFW, HD, and PSD files downloadable upon posting.
