TBH just the number of angles focusing on her ass on the operating table in the main comic already makes me kind of uncomfortable. Not like she's unattractive but I really don't know what you'd DO for an NSFW comic of this character that isn't either a prequel where they're not conjoined yet or really squicky (to me).
