4 little water colours.

This weekend I was did some water colours for the first time in a very long time. It’s very rare for me to do colour originals, simply due to time constraints and publishing practicalities. But it’s great to make some time to do some traditional media work.
The images here are phone pictures but I’ll get them cleaned up and in a folder for art tier patrons.
These two are roughly A5 in size:

And hey, now nice is this? The Patreon app now makes comments really accessible to me, and it’s easy to actually have a conversation! That’s pretty cool.

Lovely watercolours Jon. I didn't think I would be a fan - since too often you see them in awful tourist tat "art" shops
I think there’s a lot of different ways to use the medium - Paul Bonner works in watercolour and his work is incredible. Or Alan Lee. I like this kind of more abstracted way of working where colour gets flowed into shapes. It’s very satisfying but needs a lot of concentration! No undos!
