She might be carrying a staff. Notice the black bar along the left hand side?That makes this much harder. The only DC hero with a staff, who is female and appeared in JLU is Stargirl. As far as I'm aware.
That's a very good point. It probably isn't a sword since it's too long and the positioning. It could be an alternate stargirl. Also it can be someone from say Young Justice or DC movies too.
