First Look: Kitty Pryde Joins the Lineup
It’s time for your first peek at one of the new character designs in Project Powerslave, say hello to Kitty Pryde.
This project isn’t about building something massive. It’s about building better. We’re using this rough draft to test a small-game pipeline that you, our supporters, will be helping shape from the ground up. Every vote, comment, and idea will be fueling what comes next.
So far, you’ve helped us validate our first big idea (a title), and your feedback lit a fire under the team. That’s not fluff, your input is already guiding this project.
Right now, we’re chewing through some remaining assets (mostly backgrounds). Kitty and Rogue are the last two that need art. We’re just outside our original scope, maybe a week behind, but writing and final assembly come after Rogue and Kitty are done. The end of August is still in sight, barely.
Just a reminder: what we release first will be raw. That’s on purpose. This is where you come in. Refine it. Shape it. Break it if you have to. That’s the point.

I’m actually fine with diversity in body types, despite what my profile picture suggests. But I’ve got to ask, which girls do you think will have the bigger boobs? Like Wonder Woman does in Something Unlimited.

Love the ideas so far, would definitely say the extra outfits from X-Men 97 or even some of your fav comic editions would be appreciated. Also scarlet witch and boom boom....that is all 😈

Give me an option for xmen '97 type outfits, maybe some male characters as an optional thing if the team is up for that and I will be eternally happy.
Can't wait to see it. I love the Rogue game from Oni. His art is cool, but this is going to look more realistic. Kitty was cute in the series, but honestly, Rogue and Jean stole the show for me lol!

I like how this looks for the most part, the only issue I have is her bust is a little bigger then I would have liked for the character. I'm hoping for more body diversity with this than what we got with SU.
Like the art a lot, extremely faithful to the original cartoon. I know it's early but I cant wait to see Emma Frost and Psylock as well. Excited to see the direction you go with this

Out of morbid curiosity, will you be doing something similar to the two Harley Quinn's where you might pull from a different X-Men animated? Love the art and designs this far, couldn't ask for a better person to make the art

Is the morality bar supposed to be filled or emptied to progress?
one of the core mechanics we're after is morality.
I see the relationship bar and it makes me wonder what the relationship is going to be with the girls? is it to make them the players slaves? to go out with the player? or to make them nymphomaniacs? I assume it's the master/slave thing considering the title.
