Iteration Time, Let’s Name This Thing!
Alright, the $20 crew has done their part and locked in the rules for our title hunt. Now it’s your turn to make some magic happen.
Here’s the mission:
Come up with title ideas for our game (formerly known as Project Powerslave) that follow the guidelines below. We’re aiming for catchy, memorable, and safe from the usual landmines.
What to Avoid:
Words that will get flagged by copywrite or Patreon ToS (Slave, Rpe*, Family, Institute, X, etc.)
Anything too close to existing popular titles in the genre
Copyrighted or trademarked names
What to Aim For:
Titles that hint at the theme, world, or tone
Something that sparks curiosity without being too vague
Easy to remember, fun to say
You can peek at the public Trello board here: [https://trello.com/b/ACQXq0UT] to see the refined framework and any early notes.
The Big Question:
If you saw this game while cruising the internet, what title would make you stop scrolling, click, and want to know more , while still following the rules above?
Drop as many ideas as you like in the comments. Even if you’re not sure it’s “the one,” toss it in. We’re casting a wide net before narrowing things down for the final poll.

Mutant Mastery Mutant Superior Superior XMan Mutant Control X-Mind
Masterminds Mutation. Short, punchy, easy to say, easy to remember, hints to the xmen theme without copyright or taboo terms
-Mutation Breach -Deviant Novelty -Variant's Rush
X-men: Powerplay
Project Evolution
Coercion Academy
The gifted institute acdemy
X-Lust Institute
I used this during some conversation in Patreon. For the lols. -Something Xperimental. -Something UnXpected. -Something Xtreme! -Something Xpecial.
Some safe names I could come with, are these: -Nova S.T.A.R. – Specialized Training and Research Academy. -Sentinel S.T.A.R. Program – Strategic Training and Advanced Results. -Apex S.T.A.R. Initiative – Advanced Performance, Exploration, and Research. I dont like them very much because, I cant feel the theme of the game in them. The only close to association is the first one.
Another title I came with is; -Rogue S.T.A.R.: Specialized Training and Research Academy. -Mutant S.T.A.R. Program. -The Gifted S.T.A.R. Program.
X Slaves Unlimited
Gifted school for extraordinary humans. Sneak in the word x-man.
The Iron Maiden fan in me wants to keep the Powerslave lol. Maybe PowerslaveX or Powerslave-X since the X is at the end? Uncreatively there’s stuff like XXX-Men or XXX-Mansion but those are pretty damn cheesy haha
Now this is what I have in mind. Lust would be used as this "Learning Under Specialized Training". -Academy L.U.S.T. -Academy of the gift L.U.S.T. - X-school L.U.S.T. curse. - Evolution L.U.S.T. class. These are the best I came as of now.
considering all the "X" or "Xavier" suggestions... the post specifically asks to avoid that stuff because that might get the attention of the trademark forces. I think "Mutant" is also trademarked by Marvel...
in the context of academy and youths, yes it could be associated with them.
If the protagonist is supposed to be about a student what about "Student X"?
Something Uncanny
think we have the name already lol, this is brilliant
"Something Evolutions" as a reference to your other flagship title. Otherwise, try these: -Roguelust -Evolutions: Rogue Initiative -Xavier's School for Immoral Intentions -Evolutions: Powerbabes -Command and Control -Evolutions: Academy Babes -Evo-Lust-ions
Home-erectus 2 mutant bungaloo
For me it's the artwork of the thumbnail and its gameplay pictures that draw me into look a new games. But a X-Men: Evolution sandbox game. I would go with: Xavier's School for Corruption.
How about X-Harem: Evolved?
If we're playing in the X-men: Evolution timeline especially, there's quite few options, many of which play into the core developing concept of the game: Evolution's Playground Evolution's Playthings House of Evolution Temptation Evolved Experiment: Evolution Evolving Desires
Mutation Sensation or Sensation of Mutation
There was this old Marvel fic called Playboy X. Or maybe Marvelboy X would be better? X-Men Sexvolution Marvelous Sexuality. X-Men: Deep Analysis. (X-Women as an alternative for each option)
Rouge Dating
Weapon XXX and or XXXolution kinda short hands X men evolution while still being different enough
XXXavier' home for the gifted or Xavier's home for the lustful
Age of Corruption or X-Woman: Corruption
The Danger Room
Powerplay mansion
New mutant academy Or New mutant university
Professor X's Lust Mansion
