Empty Cloak of Elinith | Creature Stat Block

Today's 5E creature stat block begins our look into the infamous Black Quill organization. Send a flying fleet of Empty Cloaks at your players and disable their attuned magical items!

Elinith Duskhaven is believed to hold a high-ranking position in the Black Quill, a secret organization comprised of influential magic users. Over centuries, multiple sightings of her infamous “Empty Cloaks” have been spotted following significant assassinations across numerous nations amid political revolution.

While much of Elinith remains a mystery, one certainty is if an Empty Cloak contacts a magical item, its properties are disrupted until a connection is severed.
