(Legendary Artifact) Crimson Shroud

Check out the Crimson Shroud, a new legendary artifact to grow alongside your players!

The Scarlet Walker, a demigod of blood magic, enjoys an elaborate spy network of Rakshasa bound to her will. This cloak is made from the flesh of multiple Rakshasa who have failed the demigod in service. A dozen flayed backward hands rest on the cloak's shoulder, that shudder when the artifact is used.

Legendary Artifact

These dormant artifacts will grow in power with the player and are very powerful items! General advancement is to awaken an artifact by some feat of strength or backstory tie in between level 10-15 and exalt between levels 16-20.

Inspired by the Taldoeri Campaign setting written by Matthew Mercer.
