Today's 5E creature continues with our botany theme! Check out the Wilting Treant, a treant that uses insects living inside it when threatened. 

Wilting treants provide shelter to the many swarming and stinging insects in ancient forests. Concerned with the safety of their loyal insect companions, over time, the wilting treant becomes infested and, although willingly, is slowly consumed by the creatures they seek to protect.
