Boros Jackal | Creature Stat Block

Today's 5e creature stat block begins the Scabbard Waste content theme! Meet the Boros Jackal, defenders of the mighty Djinn.

Regardless of their prior life, any humanoid can become one of the Djinns chosen. Some are born with strange birthmarks designating them as blessed by a Djinn, but most must undergo a series of trials before the birthmark appears on their flesh. Once called by a Djinn, the humanoid begins the transition into a Jackal, ready to serve its master in the Scabbard Wastes.
