Truthseeker is a ceremonial longsword forged for balefire knights entrusted with rendering judgment when testimony alone cannot reveal the truth. Its pale blade is polished almost to a mirror finish, while intricate silverwork encircles the hilt and runs along the center of the steel. Though built for battle, the magic weapon is equally known for an older ritual in which its flat edge is laid across the accused's shoulder before judgment is rendered.
