Grasp of the Elder Claw is forged from the preserved hand and eye of a powerful Dragonborn monk, remembered as one of the Elder Claw’s most famed disciples. The hand is bound to a length of heavy chain traditionally wrapped around the wielder’s forearm. With a practiced snap of the arm, the chain unfurls, sending the clawed hand lashing outward before recoiling back into place.

When the monk died, the Elder Claw monastery refused to bury the techniques he had spent a lifetime perfecting. His disciples preserved his hand and eye, fashioning them into a relic meant to carry his fighting style into future generations.
