Infernal Advisor | Legendary Magic Item

Need a legendary magic item that's the sentient head of a Pit Fiend, worn on your back as it whispers infernal counsel and grows in power with the players? Check out the Infernal Advisor by downloading the PDF below!

Legendary Artifact. These dormant artifacts will grow in power with the player and are very powerful items! General advancement is to awaken an artifact by some feat of strength or backstory tie in between level 10-15 and exalt between levels 16-20.

The Infernal Advisor is the preserved head of a pit fiend, its body long since destroyed while its soul remains bound by infernal seals carved into its horns. Worn on the back like a grisly pack, the fiend's burning eyes remain ever watchful, and its mouth opens to offer counsel, criticism, and temptation in equal measure. Though incapable of freeing itself, the devil retains all its intellect, patiently awaiting the day of its release.
