Legendary Artifact. These dormant artifacts will grow in power with the player and are very powerful items! General advancement is to awaken an artifact by some feat of strength or backstory tie in between level 10-15 and exalt between levels 16-20.

Forged in the sanctified forges beneath Razmiran, the Leechsteel Flail was crafted for Bloodbrother Dremel Ostun, Paladin of the Crimson Order and executor of the Exsanguination of the Scorned. The flail is shaped from dark leechsteel veined like living tissue, bound by chain to a haft wrapped in treated hide. The weapon drinks what it spills, never allowing blood to scatter or soak into the ground. Instead, each drop is drawn inward within the flail’s living frame, pulsing faintly before vanishing into the weapon.
