Blood Bound and Plague Doctor | Backgrounds | 5E.24

It's two new backgrounds for our Crimson Destiny theme! Check out the Blood Bound and Plague Doctor backgrounds and their accompanying Origin feat by downloading the PDF below or by visiting Erenel's World Anvil.

Blood Bound. You were once bound to a vampire through charm, ritual, or the gradual erosion of will. Perhaps you served as their familiar, trusted courier, or a shadowy blade in the dark. Something broke that bond, and though you are no longer theirs, the connection has left scars and a craving for blood that never fully fades.

Plague Doctor. You trained in disease and medicine not only to save lives, but to understand death. In quarantined cities and battlefield camps, you learned to act with precision when failure meant contagion. Whether driven by compassion or calculation, you became a keeper of life’s final boundary.
