(Legendary Artifact) Many Faced Wayfarer

A legendary artifact is here for players who follow the trickster god Natsuko in Erenel's Campaign Setting or want to add a bit of Kitsune flavor to their character. Check out the Many Faced Wayfarer by downloading the PDF below or by visiting Erenel's World Anvil.

Only those most devoted to trickster god Natsuko the Wayfarer are rewarded with the Many-Faced Wayfarer. A devotee will often wake by their campfire, with the porcelain mask resembling the face of a fox lying close by.

Wayfarers abandon attachment, spending their lives traveling across kingdoms to help resolve conflicts, and freeing those facing governmental tyranny. Many take great pride in “tricking” or playing pranks on those in power, letting the common folk see that the king is merely a mortal. To be one with the Wayfarer is to follow the road, wherever it may lead.

Legendary Artifacts

These dormant artifacts will grow in power with the player and are very powerful items! General advancement is to awaken an artifact by some feat of strength or backstory tie in between level 10-15 and exalt between levels 16-20.
