He still told her ''I killed people'' so that means multiple. And since he wanted to be truthful so badly, he might have told her everything in the realm of sanity. Meaning minus how obsessive he was. By introducing himself as Joe Golberg, I even imagined that he told her about his childhood and what led to him being able to kill. I don't think he told her absolutely everything, but 75% is a good number. And 75% means shes knows he killed more than Rhys and Love.

I think Kate knows that joe killed her friends because if you think about it she didn’t really care for them and they didn’t care for her like Malcom she ain’t give no fucks about fr, her and Simon helped get each other clout and money, and Gemma was a terrible human.
